Caribbean Princess waiter Miguel Martinez, from Mexico, has 25 years service with Princess Cruise Lines. He worked evenings on the Island Dining Room (dining room at any time), and proved to be one of the best waiters we have had on any Princess ship. His assistant waiter Anthony, from India, which also provides impeccable service.
